This is the first post on wildcommitter.org.
I needed a place to write that isn’t a feed, a thread, or a slide deck. Somewhere I own. Markdown in, HTML out, no platform between me and whoever’s reading.
So here it is.
What this will be
I’ll write about what I’m working on — code, systems, tools I’m building or breaking, things I figured out the hard way. Not tutorials. Not takes. Closer to a logbook than a magazine: short, specific, with enough detail that someone solving the same problem next year finds something useful.
A few principles I’d like to stick to:
- Show work, not polish. Half-built beats half-thought-through.
- Cite the commit. When something lives in code, link to the diff, not a paraphrase.
- Stay short. A post that says one true thing in 300 words beats one that says nothing in 3000.
RSS works
There’s a feed at /blog/index.xml. If you have a reader, that’s the supported channel. Otherwise just check back.
That’s it. More soon.
